It does not cover websites/apps we do not control. See §10.

We collect the minimum data needed to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
A. You provide to us

- Trade applications (B2B): company name, VAT/TIN (if applicable), website/portfolio, role, country, documentation you submit.
- Support & correspondence: messages and attachments you send (email, forms), timestamps, resolution notes.
- Marketing preferences: your explicit opt-in/opt-out choices.
B. Collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, device type, OS, browser, pages viewed, referrers, timestamps, error logs.
- Cookies & tags: essential checkout cookies and (with consent where required) analytics/advertising tags. See §9.
C. Payment information
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also processed by Stripe.
- We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or wallet tokens on our servers.

5) What we share and with whom
We share information only with service providers who need it to perform their services, under confidentiality and data-processing terms:
- Payments: Stripe (card processing, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SCA/3-D Secure).
- E-commerce infrastructure: our WordPress/WooCommerce stack and hosting/CDN/backup providers.
- Shipping & logistics: carriers and fulfillment partners receive recipient name, address, phone/email for delivery and tracking.
- Analytics/advertising (consent-based where required): platforms that measure campaign performance and attribution (e.g., Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag).
- Professional services: auditors, accountants, legal counsel, if needed.
- Regulators/law enforcement: when required by applicable law.
6) Payments: Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- We use Stripe to process all payments. Card data is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers or CVV.
- Apple Pay/Google Pay are available on compatible devices and are processed by Stripe; we receive payment confirmation and status (not your wallet credentials).
- Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) may be required to complete a transaction.
7) International transfers
If you are in the EEA/UK or other regions with data-transfer rules, your information may be transferred to countries (e.g., the United States) that may not provide the same level of protection. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and apply appropriate safeguards.
8) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in §4 or as required by law:

To prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes (including chargebacks), we retain order metadata, delivery confirmation, communications, approvals, and proof of fulfillment consistent with §8 and applicable law. This evidence may be submitted to our payment processor or relevant authorities to resolve a dispute. Your privacy rights in §12 remain unaffected.

We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. If changes are material, we will provide a prominent notice (e.g., on this page and/or by email where appropriate). The “Last updated” date shows when changes took effect.
