1) Who we are & agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Belyadi, operated by Pure Places LLC (“Belyadi,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By ordering on belyadi.com (the “Site”) or via our customer service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2) Products & craftsmanship
2.1 Hand-made variance. Many items are hand-crafted. Natural variation in finish, tone, grain, texture, and minor dimensional tolerance is inherent and not a defect.
2.2 Color display. Colors can vary by device settings and lighting; minor variance versus photos is not a defect.
2.3 Specifications. Dimensions/weights are as listed on the product page or cut-sheet. We may make non-material improvements without notice.
3) Pricing, currency, taxes
3.1 Currency. Prices are listed and charged in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your card issuer sets the exchange rate and may apply fees.
3.2 Price changes. Prices may change without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order.
3.3 Taxes/duties. Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4) Payment methods & security (Stripe / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal)
4.1 Methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe; PayPal transactions are processed by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or PayPal credentials.
4.2 Capture timing. For in-stock items we typically capture payment at order confirmation. For made-to-order/custom items we capture at order to allocate materials and production capacity.
4.3 3-D Secure & checks. We may require SCA/3-D Secure or other verification. Orders may be declined/held if fraud is suspected.
4.4 Refund timing. If a refund is issued, we process it after inspection/approval; your bank/PayPal controls posting time (typically 5–10 business days).
4.5 Chargebacks. Card chargebacks are for unauthorized/fraud use. Matters covered by these Terms (lead times, finish variance, non-defective returns) must follow our returns process (§9). We submit order records, approvals, delivery scans, and photos to contest unfounded disputes.
5) Order acceptance, availability, lead times & cancellations
5.1 Acceptance. Your order is accepted when you receive our Order Confirmation email. We may cancel before shipment and refund in full if an item is unavailable, pricing was erroneous, or fraud is suspected.
5.2 Lead times (overview). Lead times shown on product pages/cut-sheets are estimates. The clock starts from the later of: (a) payment capture, or (b) final spec approval (for customs).
5.3 Back-orders/delays. If timing exceeds the estimate, we will notify you with the revised window and options.
5.4 Cancellations. We do not accept cancellations for any order after confirmation, because items are handmade and production begins immediately. (Your statutory rights, if any, remain unaffected.)
6) Shipping & delivery
6.1 Carriers & charges. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination, dimensions, and weight. Carrier(s): [e.g., DHL / UPS / FedEx / La Poste / USPS].
6.2 Addresses. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for loss or delay due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
6.3 Processing & transit windows (explicit).
- Domestic In-Stock: 2–3 business days processing; 2–7 business days transit.
- Made-to-Order (Domestic): 4–6 weeks (production + delivery).
- International In-Stock: 3–4 business days processing; 5–14 days transit.
- Made-to-Order (International): 6–8 weeks (production + delivery).
All timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
6.4 International terms. Unless stated otherwise, international shipments are sold DAP (Delivered At Place). Duties/taxes/brokerage are the recipient’s responsibility.
6.5 Proof & risk. Carrier delivery scan to your shipping address constitutes proof of delivery and transfer of risk.
6.6 Signature. Signature may be required for higher-value shipments. If you waive signature, you accept risk once the carrier records delivery.
6.7 Undeliverable/refused. Undeliverable or refused shipments are treated as a return (if eligible) minus outbound shipping, return shipping, and restocking (§9).
6.8 Address corrections. Any carrier address-correction/re-route fees may be billed to you.
7) Custom orders
7.1 Process. Custom orders must be placed through our team with clear drawings/specs.
7.2 Approval controls. We produce from final approved drawings/specs. Changes after approval require a written change order and may affect price/lead time.
7.3 Timeline. Typical custom production is 6+ weeks unless otherwise quoted.
7.4 Final sale. Custom items are final sale except for verified manufacturing defects (§10).
8) Rush orders (when available)
8.1 Eligibility. Not all items can be rushed; pre-approval required.
8.2 Fee & effect. Rush fee: 20% of product price. Rush typically reduces lead time by ~50%, subject to materials/capacity.
8.3 Finality. Rush orders are prepaid in full and non-cancelable / non-returnable, except for defects (§10).
9) Returns & refunds (RMA required)
9.1 Window & eligibility. Request a return for eligible items within 10 business days of delivery (based on carrier delivery scan).
9.2 Outcomes. Eligible returns receive exchange or store credit; cash/card/PayPal refunds are not offered except where required by law or for verified defects/our error (§10).
9.3 Non-Returnable (Final Sale) — clearly stated
The following are not eligible for return/exchange/credit except where required by law or for verified defects under §10:
a) Custom-made items (built to your specifications: dimensions, finishes, wiring, etc.).
b) Rush orders (any order accepted with a rush fee or accelerated lead time).
c) Sale, clearance, or discontinued items (as labeled on the product page/invoice).
d) Installed or used items, including any item that has been wired, mounted, modified, or altered after delivery.
e) Items without original packaging or parts, including missing mounting hardware, canopy, screws, manuals, tags, or protective materials.
f) Bulbs and other electrical components once opened (for safety and regulatory reasons).
g) B2B/Trade orders, unless your signed Trade Terms expressly allow returns for the specific order.
Notes: “Original packaging” means the manufacturer’s packaging/protection sufficient for safe shipping. “Installed” includes any attempt to wire/mount or cut/shorten cables. If an item arrives damaged/defective, follow §10.
9.4 Condition on eligible returns. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all parts/hardware.
9.5 RMA steps. Email support@belyadi.com within 10 business days with order #, SKU(s), photos, and reason. If approved, we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Items without an RMA or shipped late may be refused.
9.6 Return shipping. Unless we made an error or the item is verified defective, you pay return shipping/insurance; risk remains with you until the package is delivered to our return address.
9.7 Restocking. Eligible returns incur a 15% restocking fee deducted from merchandise value.
9.8 Store credit. Issued after inspection; credit is valid 24 months, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).
9.9 International returns. Duties/taxes/brokerage and shipping are your responsibility unless due to our error. Mark returns “Returned Goods” to avoid extra import charges.
10) Inspection on delivery, damages & defects
10.1 Inspect immediately. Inspect shipments upon arrival.
10.2 Damage claims. Written notice within 5 business days to support@belyadi.com with photos of product, packaging, and carrier label; retain all packaging.
10.3 Remedies. Upon timely, documented claims, we will at our option repair, replace, or refund (refunds go to the original payment method). This does not limit your statutory rights.
11) Limited warranty
11.1 Coverage. Products materially conform to posted specifications at delivery.
11.2 Exclusions. Normal wear/patina, finish variation, improper installation, misuse, voltage mismatch, improper cleaning, or modification are excluded. Hard-wired fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician.
11.3 Remedy. Our sole obligation is repair, replacement, or credit at our option.
12) Promotions, gift cards & store credit
12.1 Promotions. Promotion terms (dates, eligibility, exclusions, stacking) are stated in the offer; returns on promo items follow §9 with value adjusted to the actual price paid.
12.2 Store credit. See §9.8. Gift cards/store credit are not cash-redeemable where prohibited by law; lost or stolen codes may not be replaced.
13) Risk, title & force majeure
13.1 Risk/title. Risk transfers at carrier delivery scan to your address; title transfers upon full payment and delivery.
13.2 Force majeure. We are not liable for delay/failure due to causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions, carrier issues, government actions).
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product(s); and (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
15) Intellectual property
All Site content (images, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to Belyadi and protected by applicable IP laws. No use without written permission.
16) Cookies & tracking (summary)
We use essential cookies for cart/checkout/account and non-essential analytics/advertising tags (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag) where permitted. Manage non-essential cookies via our banner or your browser. See our Privacy Policy for categories, purposes, and consent/withdrawal.
17) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue is Sheridan, Wyoming, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
18) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. The “Last updated” date shows when changes took effect. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
