1) Overview & Who We Are

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Pure Places LLC, doing business as “Belyadi” (“Belyadi,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
We provide the Site, content, and e-commerce features (collectively, the “Services”) subject to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms & Conditions (which govern purchases) and our Privacy Policy (which governs personal information and cookies). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

  • You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you have parental/guardian consent for any minor who uses the Site.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) Acceptable Use (What You Can’t Do)

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • scrape, spider, or harvest data from the Site without our written permission;
  • interfere with or circumvent the Site’s security or access controls;
  • submit false, misleading, or infringing content;
  • harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others;
  • use the Site to advertise or resell without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations (see §14).

4) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, product designs, and layouts—is owned by or licensed to Belyadi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5) User Content (Reviews, Submissions, UGC)

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”):

  • You grant Belyadi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that content in any media, for marketing and operational purposes.
  • You warrant you own or control the rights in your User Content and that it does not infringe or violate any third-party right or law.
  • We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish User Content at our discretion.

6) Information Accuracy & Updates

We work to keep product information, availability, and pricing current, but errors or omissions may occur. The Site may include historical or reference information. We may change or update content without notice. Your reliance on Site content is at your own risk—for purchasing terms (prices, lead times, returns), see our Terms & Conditions.

7) Products, Pricing & Availability (Website Display)

Colors and finishes may vary by device settings and lighting. Minor variance versus photography is not a defect. We may change prices or discontinue items at any time. Some items are made-to-order with estimated lead times; see product pages and our Terms & Conditions.

8) Orders, Billing & Account Information

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, resellers, incorrect pricing). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it. Purchases are governed by our Terms & Conditions (including payment capture, lead times, shipping, returns, and warranties).

9) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites or tools is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms.

10) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices (including cookies, GA4 analytics, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, and payments processed by Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belyadi (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and providers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on Site content. In all cases, our aggregate liability related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid to access the Site (if any).

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Belyadi, Pure Places LLC, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your User Content, or (iii) your violation of law or a third party’s rights.

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or to protect our users, systems, or rights. Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities) survive termination.

15) Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

16) Governing Law & Venue
