Return Window & Eligibility
Request a return for eligible items within 10 business days of delivery (based on carrier delivery scan).
Contact: support@belyadi.com with your order number, SKU(s), photos, and reason for return.
Return Outcomes
Eligible returns receive exchange or store credit. Cash/card/PayPal refunds are not offered except where required by law or for verified defects/our error.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale)
The following are not eligible for return/exchange/credit except where required by law or for verified defects:
- Custom-made items (built to your specifications: dimensions, finishes, wiring, etc.)
- Rush orders (any order accepted with a rush fee or accelerated lead time)
- Sale, clearance, or discontinued items (as labeled on the product page/invoice)
- Installed or used items, including any item that has been wired, mounted, modified, or altered after delivery
- Items without original packaging or parts, including missing mounting hardware, canopy, screws, manuals, tags, or protective materials
- Bulbs and other electrical components once opened (for safety and regulatory reasons)
- B2B/Trade orders, unless your signed Trade Terms expressly allow returns for the specific order
Note: “Original packaging” means the manufacturer’s packaging/protection sufficient for safe shipping. “Installed” includes any attempt to wire/mount or cut/shorten cables.
Return Process (RMA Required)
- Email support@belyadi.com within 10 business days with:
- Order number
- SKU(s) to return
- Photos of items
- Reason for return
- Wait for approval – If approved, we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions
- Ship items back – Items without an RMA or shipped late may be refused
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Include all parts and hardware
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless we made an error or the item is defective)
- 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
- Insurance and risk remain with you until package is delivered to our return address
Store Credit Details
- Issued after inspection and approval
- Valid for 24 months from issue date
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash (except where required by law)
International Returns
- Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and return shipping are your responsibility unless due to our error
- Mark returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import charges
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect immediately upon delivery.
Report damage within 5 business days to support@belyadi.com with:
- Photos of product
- Photos of packaging
- Photo of carrier label
- Retain all packaging materials
Remedies: We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion (refunds go to original payment method).
